I’m thinking about buying Sanyo Eneloop 8 Pack AA NiMH Pre-Charged Rechargeable Batteries without the charger. I recently found an old battery charging kit and i was wondering if I would be able to use it to charge these batteries after they run out of charge.
Best answer about Do these rechargeble batteries need a specific charger or does one battery charger work for all?

As long as the charger is intended for use with rechargeable AA batteries it should be OK. If it is very, very old it may not be for that use. I remember as a child back in the late 60s – early 70s that battery chargers were sold for standard, non-rechargeable batteries. I doubt that it is wise to use one of these things at all as non rechargeable batteries can explode or catch fire when recharged. This is probably why they took these chargers off the market. If your charger has a warning anywhere on it against using non-rechargeable batteries you can be assured that it is safe to use.
