when the time was up for it to be finished charging it still showed a red light and the charger was hot to the touch. I pulled it and have let it cool, I checked the batteries and they were not charged totally. It takes aprox 15 hours to charge 4 batteries. I always make sure the batteries are rechargeable and are seated in the correct possition in the charger as well. It states on the charger not to unplug it so, once it has cooled off it should be safe to recharge these nearly charged batteries, shouldn’t it? I am asking because it is the first time anyone has done this while it was plugged in. Asking them not to do it again is a futile request, learned from other situations reguarding electronics and them not touching them. But if anyone has any suggestions it would help. They unplug my cell phone before it is charged too. They are adults not children.
Best answer about I have a battery charger and my nephew unplugged it while 4 batteries were being charged, he replugged it but?

in this day and age its not a big deal anymore. just continue as normal. back in early days of rechargable there were all sorts of rules you had to follow but not now.
