Hi, I was just concerned aboutwhat I should do here, I had some rechargable batterys charging and I left them on about 6 after the recommended charge time (almost double the time, recommended is 8 hours) and I just wanted to know if it would be ok to put the battery’s in my turtle beach px5′s. I need to know if it’s 120% safe because im not going to loose my $ 300 headset over some battery’s… If this means anything, there was also a slight ‘burning’ smell coming from them. So my question really is, is the charger broken or just the battery’s or both or is it COMPLETLY SAFE to put in my headset. Thanks in advance.

The batteries are probably ruined and you should throw them out and get new ones. It’s not worth risking the headset IMO.
