I’ve just bought a rechargeable aaa 900 mah battery last saturday and I just discovered way back home that my battery has a different brand name than my battery charger’s but I’ve read the manual of my battery charger that 900 mah batteries charges completely in about 22 hours while the battery packaging says that it charges for about 3 hours with no specific charger details written on it. What charging time shall I believe on? The charger’s or the battery’s?

charging in 3 hours means that your batteries are rated to be charged in 3 hours instead of the normal 22 hours – they can be rapid charged while most others cannot.
Your charger is the standard rate charger and it will take the 22 hours to charge using that charger. You can buy the rapid charger, but do not try to rapid charge a standard rate battery!!
