I am really looking for batteries that last long, I do not care if it takes a lot of time to charge the batteries. I really just use batteries for smaller things, like TV remotes and clocks. If I can get the brand name and model number of the charger and the chargeable batteries.
I just bought a new TV it I notice that my 2 AAA batteries are going out every week.
Best answer about What is the best battery charger and the best chargeable batteries (AA and AAA)?

Eneloops are the best when it comes to rechargeables. Look it up on Amazon.
However, a rechargeable for clocks and TV remotes? Couldn’t you just use regular AAs from like… Costco? Seeing as they use very little power.

I am going to assume the batteries are in the remote control. If you just bought the TV take it back or at least the remote. There is a problem with your remote; those batteries should last for years. Maybe just a stuck button. As for AA and AAA batteries in general. Go online and look for rechargeable AA and AAA with the highest mAh rating. The higher the mAh rating the longer they are going last. The highest will probably be Lithium-Ion batteries and they require a special charger. Hope this helps you out
I use various NiMH cells in my remotes and such.
My main TV remote is a higher end universal, and I use 900ma X-Digital AAA cells in it, and I only have to charge them about 3 times a year, and I have had them since 2007 or so.
I have Ray-O-Vac Hybrid cells in various things, such as my LED flashlight and wireless computer mice.
I charge them in whatever NiMH charger I have handy. I have a few of them to choose from.
Clocks and my outdoor thermometer use alkaline AA cells, the latter needed them every couple of months.
